Real estate is a legal term that encompasses land along with anything permanently affixed to the land, such as buildings, specifically property that is fixed in location. Real estate law is the body of regulations and legal codes which pertain to such matters under a particular jurisdiction. Real estate is often considered synonymous with real property (also sometimes called realty), in contrast with personal property (also sometimes called chattel or personalty under chattel law or personal property law).

However, in some situations the term “real estate” refers to the land and fixtures together, as distinguished from “real property,” referring to ownership rights of the land itself.

The legal arrangement for the right to occupy a dwelling is known as the housing tenure. Types of housing tenure include owner occupancy, Tenancy, housing cooperative, condominiums (individually parceled properties in a single building), public housing, squatting, and cohousing.
Residences can be classified by if and how they are connected to neighboring residences and land. Different types of housing tenure can be used for the same physical type. For example, connected residents might be owned by a single entity and leased out, or owned separately with an agreement covering the relationship between units and common areas and concerns.

BUSINESS SECTOR:
With the development of private property ownership, real estate has become a major area of business. Purchasing real estate requires a significant investment, and each parcel of land has unique characteristics, so the real estate industry has evolved into several distinct fields. Specialists are often called on to valuate real estate and facilitate transactions.

Search engine optimization (SEO) is one of the ways in which people find your business on the internet. If you have a service or product to sell there are millions of potential buyers. The challenge is that they need some way to find you in a hurry.

Most customers are looking for someone within a few clicks of a mouse. They will usually look at the first two search engine result pages that come up when they search for an item, and then they are gone. If you are one of those first pages you may be seen. With the right SEO you will be on those first two pages.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) To Move Your Business Forward
This is one way to take your business to the next level if you already have a website. You will want someone to help you make sure that the keywords that you are searching for are a part of your site. You will need a search engine optimization company that understands how to make search engines find you and how to strengthen your information on your site to have people coming back for more.

BASIC OF SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION:

Many site owners are regularly contacted by scam companies of this kind, and it’s understandable that many take the bait and start paying for “top results and submission to everything”. After all, who doesn’t want their site to be highly ranked by search engines?
In an attempt to help a few people avoid paying for unnecessary search engine optimisation, I’d like to share what I have done to achieve very good search engine rankings, for this site as well as for clients’ sites.
NEED PATIENCE NO SHORTCUTS:
You will also need patience. Results do not come overnight. If you’re working on improving the search engine positioning of a client’s site, you should probably explain this to them early on.

MUST HAVE GOOD CONTENT
This is probably the single most important thing you need to do if you want to be found on the web. Even if your site is technically perfect for search engine robots, it won’t do you any good unless you also fill it with good content. Yes, really!

MUST HAVE GOOD DESCRIPTIVE TITLE:
By making your page titles simple, yet descriptive and relevant, you make it easier for search engines to know what each page is about, and people scanning through search results can quickly determine whether your document contains what they are looking for. The page title is also what is used to link to your site from search result listings.

Because of this, the title element is one of the most important elements on a page. Some argue that it is the most important element.and many more thing we have to Keep in our Ming to rank our site in top in Search engines.Like

Use of search engine friendly URL’s,Use valid, semantic, lean, and accessible markup, submit carefully,Avoid using Frames,Don’t use unwanted Metatags, etc.

Just about everyone who uses the Internet is aware that you can book your travel reservations online, but some of us can still use a little help with figuring out how to plan efficiently and how to avoid costly or irritating mistakes. Here are some tips and hints that can make booking travel online a pleasant and timesaving experience rather than a frustrating venture into the unknown.

HERE IS WORD’S OF CAUTIONS: Make sure you do your research before you bid or buy. You should know what the trip or travel package you are bidding on or buying is really worth, or you might not be getting a bargain.
If you are bidding, set a limit for your bid that is just a bit below the average price you could get anywhere else, and stick to it. Don’t let yourself get caught up in auction fever, or you could find yourself spending more than you would have spent if you had booked the trip from a regular travel site.
TRAVEL WEB SITES DON’T ALWAYS GET THE BEST DEAL:
Don’t limit yourself to using a single online site to book your travel. No matter how good a travel-booking site is, no single site always has or knows about the best rate or fare that is currently available. Besides that, the agreements between airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and the like often vary among travel sites. For example, one travel site may have an agreement with a specific hotel chain that lets it offer you greatly discounted rates, while another site has no such agreement with a hotel but instead offers a free rental car for a weekend.
TICKETLESS TICKETS:
Most major domestic airlines now offer ticketless travel, or Electronic Tickets (e-tickets). When you book your travel online, you can request an e-ticket (availability varies by airline). This method alleviates worry about picking up your ticket, having it mailed to you, losing it, or having it stolen
NEWS TRAVEL FAST:
Whether you travel often, or only once or twice a year, travel only on business or only on vacation, you should subscribe to e-mail travel newsletters. Online travel newsletters are a good way to keep abreast of current travel promotions and sales, travel discounts, new travel Web sites, and news for travelers who fall into specific categories, such as business travelers, family vacation travelers, honeymooners, senior citizens, and the like.

Routers:

Routers are the critical part of all the networks and can be both security aid and security vulnerability. A router basically has more network interfaces through which network traffic is forwarded. Or it might be blocked. The router decides when to forward packets between the networks based on internal routing table.

Routers connect two or more logical subnets, which do not necessarily map one-to-one to the physical interfaces of the router. The term “layer 3 switch” often is used interchangeably with router, but switch is a general term without a rigorous technical definition. In marketing usage, it is generally optimized for Ethernet LAN interfaces and may not have other physical interface types.

Routers operate in two different plane:
1) Control plane:= in which the router learns the outgoing interface that is most appropriate for forwarding specific packets to specific destinations,
2) Forwarding plane:= which is responsible for the actual process of sending a packet received on a logical interface to an outbound logical interface.
Routing
Routing is the process of selecting paths in a network along which to send network traffic. Routing is performed for many kinds of networks, including the telephone network, electronic data networks (such as the Internet), and transportation (transport) networks. This article is concerned primarily with routing in electronic data networks using packet switching technology.
Routing, in essence, is the act of finding a path from one place to another on which a packet can travel. To find this path, we need algorithms. They will generally be distributed among many routers, allowing them to jointly share information.

Routing is said to contain three elements:
* Routing protocols:= the things that allow information to be gathered and distributed
* Routing algorithms:= to determine paths
* Routing databases:= to store information that the algorithm has discovered. The routing database sometimes corresponds directly to routing table entries, sometimes not.

PROTOCOL:
An agreed-upon format for transmitting data between two devices. The protocol determines the following:
a) The Type Of Error-Checking to be Used.
b) Data Compression Method.
c) How the Sending Device Will Indicate that it has finished sending a message.
d) How the Receiving Device Indicate That It has Received a message.

There are a variety of standard protocols from which programmers can choose,
From a user’s point of view, the only interesting aspect about protocols is that your computer or device must support the right ones if you want to communicate with other computers,The protocol can be implemented either in hardware or in software.
Protocols exist at several levels in a telecommunication connection. For example, there are protocols for the data interchange at the hardware device level and protocols for data interchange at the application program level.

TELNET
One of the earliest protocols to be used regularly is called telnet. The telnet protocol allows a user to access a remote computer. If you have the permission of the owner, you can use your computer as a terminal of another computer.

Open Systems Interconnection (OSI),

In the standard model known as Open Systems Interconnection (OSI), there are one or more protocols at each layer in the telecommunication exchange that both ends of the exchange must recognize and observe. Protocols are often described in an industry or international standard.

TCPIP (Transfer Control Protocol / Internet Protocol)

TCPIP (Transfer Control Protocol / Internet Protocol) is the underlying protocol of the Internet today. It is the protocol that helps to split messages up, helps them find their way to the correct destination, then causes them rejoin at the destination. TCPIP is very important, but you rarely interact with it directly. All the other protocols take advantage of it.

HTTP

HTTP stands for hypertext transfer protocol. This is the protocol you already know and love. The WWW is based on this protocol. HTTP has some interesting characteristics. It was designed to make the Internet easier to use.

FTP
FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. This protocol is a special protocol which is designed to facilitate copying information between computers through the Internet. Whenever you download a file from the Internet, you are probably using a form of the FTP protocol. Much of the time, FTP happens automatically through Web browsers, but there are special FTP programs as well. These FTP clients look like file management programs (with the directory tree structure and all!) except they also allow you to connect to a remote computer as well, and look at the file structure of that computer.

An understanding of the techniques and protocols of online teaching and learning has become essential for academics as universities throughout the world embrace alternative delivery methods in response to the

globalization of education. In recent times numerous tertiary institutions have experimented with the use of on-line delivery with the purpose of increasing access to education to a wider audience. Flexible modes of delivery can provide an effective means of addressing the problems of increasing student demands, decreasing funds, the need to establish a presence in the international market place and rapid technological change.

Web based computer conferencing combines the various aspects of telecommunications, computers, and the world wide web providing the participants with an asynchronous forum in which the free exchange of ideas can take place. In many instances, potential participants are unable to attend ‘live’ conferences for geographic and economic reasons and must rely on publications and the like to be informed of current trends and practice. The use of the web for such conferences is gaining in popularity and acceptance amongst academics as a legitimate alternative to the more traditional conference.
