Real estate is a legal termĀ  that encompasses land along with anything permanently affixed to the land, such as buildings, specifically property that is fixed in location. Real estate law is the body of regulations and legal codes which pertain to such matters under a particular jurisdiction. Real estate is often considered synonymous with real property (also sometimes called realty), in contrast with personal property (also sometimes called chattel or personalty under chattel law or personal property law).

Routers and Routing

Routers:

Routers are the critical part of all the networks and can be both security aid and security vulnerability. A router basically has more network interfaces through which network traffic is forwarded. Or it might be blocked. The router decides when to forward packets between the networks based on internal routing table.

Routers connect two or more logical subnets, which do not necessarily map one-to-one to the physical interfaces of the router.The term “layer 3 switch” often is used interchangeably with router, but switch is a general term without a rigorous technical definition. In marketing usage, it is generally optimized for Ethernet LAN interfaces and may not have other physical interface types.

a) The Type Of Error-Checking to be Used.
b) Data Compression Method.
c) How the Sending Device Will Indicate that it has finished sending a message.
d) How the Receiving Device Indicate That It has Received a message.
